How to register and submit an abstract

Each participant must register online via the Alpbach Workshop 2022 conference management system and follow the registration procedure indicated online. Online registration includes a page for abstract submission. The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, August 5th. If you would like your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation, please indicate it in the Remarks field of the submission page. Speakers will be selected through August and notified at the latest by Friday, August 26th.

Travel awards for students and postdocs

Generate Biomedicines of Somerville MA is generously sponsoring travel awards for students and postdocs. Each award contributes 300€ towards hotel costs at the meeting. Applicants should submit their CV and a statement of research interests in PDF format. Applications can be submitted at registration or by returning to the registration pages at any time thereafter. Deadline for applications is Sunday, July 31st. Winners will be notified by e-mail in the first week of August.


Payment methods and terms

Payment may be made by bank transfer to the der Böglerhof – pure nature resort, Alpbach, as specified during the registration process.
Payment by bank transfer will NOT be possible after August 26th, 2022. Later registration and payment (including on-site) will be possible only by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
 
The registration is binding. The participation fees are owed upon registration. All payments must be in Euro (EUR). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
 
Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

The hotel rates (Per Person Per Night) include:
  • Accommodation
  • Breakfast buffet

  • Use of hotel amenities (swimming pool, sauna, fitness room)

Leaving from MUNICH AIRPORT at about 3:30 p.m. (as soon as everybody registered is on board)

Leaving from MUNICH TRAIN STATION at about 4:00 p.m. (as soon as everybody registered is on board)
 
Pick up point: Arnulfstrasse (North side of the train station) - Lufthansa airport bus stop
